Market Square Restaurant in South Paris, Maine has been a local favorite for many years.  Not only that, the customers who come once keep coming back!

Scott Gilbert has been involved with the restaurant in some way for over 25 years.  Now Gilbert is the current owner, but he also serves as chef who prepares the tasty meals at Market Square.
