Mobile Access Now Available:

We have a new Mobile Phone App as well as a new Customer Portal at www.wjwheeler.com. If you download the app, you will always have a copy of your Auto ID Card handy.

And there are other benefits too: Want to make a change to your policy? Want to report a claim? Need to issue a certificate of insurance? Print a list of vehicles and drivers? You can get what you need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

And if you need to speak with anyone here in the office, our phone numbers will be within easy reach on your phone.

OK, I'm logged in. Now what?

  1. View an Auto ID card. Pinch and zoom to show it off. And you'll never hunt for an email from us again.
  2. Pretend to report an auto claim. See how easy it would be? You can even take and include pictures of the scene. Just remember to call 911 first in an actual emergency.
  3. Check your coverage limits: Click on policies, and see a summary of coverage. Not sure what your collision deductible is? You can check.
  4. Pretend to request a policy change. Change of driver? Change of vehicle? It's easy to let us know the change. And we'll get back to you just as fast as we can to confirm the change requested.
  5. Last thing: Click contacts and send us an email and tell us what you think.
